Orders & Shipping

You can track your order by logging into your account and visiting the "Orders" section. Alternatively, you can use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Delivery times depend on your chosen shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • Next Day Delivery: Next business day (for orders placed before 12pm EST)
  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days

You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our customer service team. After this window, we begin processing orders and cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If your order has already shipped, you'll need to follow our return process.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. For more details, please visit our Shipping & Returns page.

To return an item, log into your account, navigate to your order history, and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return. Follow the prompts to initiate your return and generate a return shipping label. Package your return securely with the return form included in your original shipment, attach the return shipping label, and drop off your package at an authorized shipping location.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow an additional 2-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Products & Sizing

You can find detailed sizing information on our Size Guide page. Each product page also includes specific sizing details for that item. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing your measurements to our size charts for the best fit.

Care instructions vary by product and material. You can find specific care instructions on the product page and on the care label attached to each item. Generally, we recommend washing in cold water, avoiding bleach, and air drying when possible to extend the life of your garments and reduce environmental impact.

Sustainability is a core value at REVIVO. We're committed to using environmentally responsible materials and ethical production methods. Account & Payment

You can create an account by clicking the "Account" icon in the top right corner of our website and selecting "Sign Up." You'll need to provide your email address and create a password. Alternatively, you can create an account during the checkout process.
