International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your REVIVO purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we offer a simple return policy:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging should be included when possible
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged

How to Return an Item

  1. Log into your REVIVO account and navigate to your order history
  2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Follow the prompts to initiate your return and generate a return shipping label
  4. Package your return securely with the return form included in your original shipment
  5. Attach the return shipping label to your package
  6. Drop off your package at an authorized shipping location

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow an additional 2-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the item you want is still in stock and available for immediate shipment.

Return Shipping Costs

For domestic returns, a flat fee of $5.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs. Returns due to defects, damages, or errors on our part are free of charge.

You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our customer service team. After this window, we begin processing orders and cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item. We'll arrange a free return and replacement or refund.

Yes, we ship to PO boxes for standard shipping only. Express and Next Day delivery options require a physical address.
